Maya joined our family a year ago now and since then she has been nothing but absolute bliss. We knew within a couple days how calm and gentle of a dog she was going to be. With 3 children whom have disabilities it was so incredible for us to have a dog that was so sensitive to our families needs, a dog that was so calm and just knows instinctively when the children are upset, sick or hurt. Maya has helped break my sons fear of animals and she is the only one of our dogs that he will pat and lay with. My daughters have both formed the most beautiful bonds with her and my eldest loves to teach her new things to which she picks up on almost immediately. She is the most intelligent dog I have ever met and loves to learn and please her family. Maya will follow the kids around in the yard all afternoon just to ensure she is never too far away from them. She loves nothing more then an good snuggle on the couch at the end of the day with her family and will nuzzle her wet nose right into your arms.
Maya has brought immense happiness to our lives and we truly couldn’t imagine life without her now, she is truly something so special and we owe it all to the wonderful women at Belamekah who breed and raise these remarkable dogs.
